PACKAGING

How will my order be packaged?

All #tracibautistaCOLOR packaging is recyclable or reusable. Much of the packaging is corrugated cardboard which can be repurposed into handmade stamps or printmaking plates. The cardboard can also be tuned into a mini paint swatch journal.

All #tracibautistaCOLOR inks are placed in recyclable glass bottles. Once you finish an ink color, you can rinse the bottle with soap and hot water and refill it with you own ink or water based paint. If you use it to hold natural inks, you’ll want to sterilize it in boiling hot water.

The metal watercolor pans can be refilled with other watercolor paints. We encourage you to please reuse the packaging as much as possible.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

When will my order be shipped?

If you order an in stock item, ORDERS are packed and shipped on Fridays.

If you placed a pre-order for #tracibautistaCOLOR please check the product description for shipping timeframes.

All pre-orders are hand poured and handmade to order. In most cases, due to the process of the handcrafted nature of creating each color in batches plus the time it takes for the paint to dry and cure most paint orders ship within 5-7 weeks from order date.

You will receive an automated email shipping notification once your order is getting packaged. It can take up to 5 to 7 business days for an order to be shipped after the label is printed.

ALL packages are shipping using USPS first class package mail or Priority mail with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order label has been created. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the tracking status to be updated.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

What happens if my package is not delivered?

Unfortunately this happens, here are a few things to do if your package shows delivered and you haven’t received it

We also recommend going to MissingMail.USPS.com to report the incident in order to receive a case number so that we can look into the matter further if you reach out to us. Alternatively, you can contact USPS customer care at 1-(800) 275-8777.

What happens if my package is delivered damaged?

We do our best to package all items in secure packaging. But from time to time the USPS or weather conditions damage packages in transit.

We are not responsible for any damages caused during transit or weather related issues. If there are special circumstances, we might be able to be replace the damaged product with a minimal fee plus the cost of shipping. But there is no guarantee in replacing the product.

If your order is delivered damaged, please take photos of your order and packaging sent it to info@treicdesigns.com.

Due to the handmade nature of the products. there are no refunds on any products.
